I’m sure you probably remember this beautiful mama to be and her gorgeous family.

Well, that precious baby belly is now an actual baby! I was honored enough to be present during her labor and birth and hanging out with the adorable little boy.

Mama did amazing. Her first birth was a little bit traumatic and involved more than a full day of labor. This little guy decided he wanted to come and they were at the hospital for less than 4 hours. I was home before midnight! The perfectly timed birth for everyone involved.Ā She wanted to do a natural birth but it got real intense, really quickly. Soon she was crying out for an epidural. Between different things that happened, including an emergency that required the anesthesiologist and needing more fluids, she was fully ready to go before they got there. So she ended up getting the natural birth that she wanted.

Now, before I show any pictures of the amazing little man, I wanted to share these of the doctor. He was fantastic. The perfect amount of humor and support and sheer amazingness. Also, look at these facial expressions!

Now on to the goodies. The beautiful little boy was born as late preterm, but didn’t need any NICU help at all. He is absolutely, unbelievably perfect! And doesn’t mama look beautiful? Breathtakingly gorgeous after just giving birth…makes me just a little bit sick. Ā šŸ˜‰

They all look so happy!

I also just have to point out the fact that she was so happy to have gotten a mani and pedi and wanted to make sure I got a photo of how beautiful her toes were.

You’re welcome!

Share some love to the family of this new miracle! It was such a great experience and one that I am so glad I was able to be a part of.
